NO Restocking fees!

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.

Why do other companies hide their return policies?  Because of the restocking fees!

You will find our return policy most agreeable.   Here is why:

1. No restocking fee
2. Exchanges - We split the shipping with you. You are responsible for shipping costs from your location when you exchange your order for one equal in value to the original product's value. *
3. Returns - You are responsible for shipping costs to and from your location.
4. You do not have to take the product to UPS. We send UPS to you.
5. Our return process is very easy.
   
   *Applies for ground shipping within the continuous United States.

Return and Exchange Process

If you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 7 days of receipt to receive a refund. If the process below is followed, there are no restocking fees.

1. Email us at  service@christmastreeforme.com or  Contact Us
2. Include your order number
3. Include a brief description of why you are returning the product. We will not hassle you about the reason; we want to understand.
4. We will contact you via telephone within 24 hours to confirm the return.
5. Pack the product in the original shipping container. Do NOT write on or otherwise damage shipping container. Boxes are expensive.
6. UPS will make three attempts to pick up the product.
7. Within 14 days of receipt of product at our facility, you will receive a refund on your credit card.
8. Refund amount is original purchase amount less shipping cost to and from your location.

Note: If the above process is not followed, we reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee.

Returns After Christmas

Orders placed prior to Christmas cannot be returned or exchanged after Christmas.

Warranty Information

All warranty matters are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We will happily facilitate the warranty service.
